何晓顺

何晓顺,中山大学附属第一医院副院长、东院院长。二级教授、器官移植科学科带头人、首席专家、博士生导师、中央保健委员会专家。国务院特殊津贴、南粤百杰、丁颖科技奖获得者。担任中国器官捐献与移植委员会委员、中国器官移植发展基金会理事，中华医学会器官移植学分会器官获取学组组长、卫生部移植医学工程技术研究中心副主任委员、中国OPO联盟副主席及华南区主席、广东省器官捐献与移植免疫重点实验室主任、中山大学器官捐献研究所所长等职务。

个人履历：何晓顺教授是我国著名器官移植专家，长期致力于解决器官移植学科的关键科技问题，在器官捐献、多器官移植与联合器官移植等方面做了大量开拓性工作。他带领的器官移植中心现已开展7000余例肝、肾、心、胰腺、小肠等移植手术。主要贡献如下：
1.创建我国器官捐献支撑技术体系，推动我国器官移植的成功转型
2005年成功实施了全国首例公民身后器官捐献来源的肝移植，创建了中国三类器官捐献的技术流程并开启了我国器官捐献的临床探索，在试点工作期间，开展公民身后器官捐献例数居全国首位，占全国的16%和广东省的41%；通过前瞻性、多中心临床研究，率先构建了用于预测不可逆脑损伤患者死亡时间的nomogram模型，其准确性（96.0%）远高于国际上通用的UW模型（82.0%）和Wisconsin模型（88.4%），该研究获世界移植大会奖是我国学者在器官捐献领域获得的首个国际奖项；创建了综合应用ECMO改善循环和氧合、CRRT技术清除炎症介质等供体维护技术规范，显著提高了捐献器官的使用率（本单位捐献肝脏和肾脏使用率分别为94.6%和92.7%）；建立了综合应用Lifeport灌注参数，ICG滞留率检测，以及超声弹性模量等功能影像学检查评估供体器官质量的新方法，提出了心脏死亡供体器官的临床应用标准，研究结果两次被Nat Rev GastroenterolHepatol引用，并纳入美国肝病学会、欧洲肝病学会临床指南；在国内率先开展了肝脏体外机械灌注的研发工作，研制出了具有自主知识产权的肝脏体外常温机械灌注仪，相关结果先后获得2016国际肝移植协会“Rising star Award”。国家人体器官捐献与移植委员会评价“何晓顺教授带领的团队在推动器官捐献这项关国家重大改革与国家政治形象的事业中进行了大量开拓性工作，是我国器官捐献事业的先行军和器官移植改革政策的忠实执行者!”。心脏死亡捐献模式的成功丰富了器官捐献的理论与实践，WHO认为是“中国对世界器官捐献事业的创新与贡献”。研究成果已获得“广州市市长奖”及2016年广东省科技进步一等奖。
2.创立多器官移植技术体系，疗效国际领先
2004年实施了亚洲首例成功的上腹部多器官移植，被评为当年“中国医药科技十大新闻”，已实施“简化式”多器官移植例数全球第一，疗效最佳。全球首创“不阻断腹主动脉”的动脉重建方式、供受体十二指肠-空肠侧侧吻合、胆道并发症防止体系、“低强度”免疫抑制治疗方案等技术创新被Lippincott Williams & Wilkins出版的《中国肝移植手册》列为多器官移植技术规范。《改良上腹部多器官移植术》手术视频由国家十二五重点出版项目《中国当代医学名家经典手术》出版。得到了世界移植协会主席Jeremy教授、美国移植外科协会主席Cosimi教授等国际著名专家的高度评价。研究成果获得了2015年国家科技进步二等奖。
3.器官移植新技术的创新与突破
开展了亚洲首例肝移植联合胰十二指肠切除治疗肝胆道恶性肿瘤；国内首例单段肝移植；国内首例在体劈离式肝移植；华南地区首例双供肝移植、含肝中静脉的超右半肝移植；国内首例公民器官捐献的肝移植；全球首例“二肝三受”肝移植等；开展了国内最小年龄（三个半月）的婴儿肝移植和亚洲最高龄（75岁）的肝移植；主持开展了国内主持开展了国内首例母子亲体小肠移植；胰肾联合移植、肝肾联合移植、心肝联合移植等一系列具有国际先进水平的移植手术。
